Ornament Installation

  1. Remove any grease or dirt from the ornament installation surface of the liftgate.
  2. Warm the ornament installation area to between 15 °C and 40 °C using a hot air drier.
  3. Install the ornament to the position shown in the figure.

  4. Press the ornament with the force of 49 N {5.0 kgf, 11 lbf} to adhere the double-sided adhesive tape to the ornament installation area.
