Power Liftgate (PLG) Front Switch Inspection

NOTE:

For the power liftgate (PLG) front switch removal/installation, refer to the cluster switch removal/installation. (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)

Disconnect the negative battery terminal. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION .)
Remove the following parts:
1. Driver-side front scuff plate (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2. Driver-side front side trim (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3. Cluster switch (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Verify that the continuity between the power liftgate (PLG) front switch terminals is as indicated in the table.

- If not as indicated in the table, replace the cluster switch. (See CLUSTER SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
