DTC B10DA-51; P1260-00; COMMUNICATION ERROR WITH PCM (DATA RECEIVED FAILURE) DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step	Inspection		Action
1	PERFORM IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PART PROGRAMMING Perform the start stop unit replacement and programming due to simultaneous replacement of start stop unit/PCM. (See IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM-RELATED PARTS PROGRAMMING .)	-	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY THAT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED Clear the DTC for the start stop unit using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [START STOP UNIT] .) Retrieve the start stop unit DTCs using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [START STOP UNIT] .) Is the security indicator light: 22, DTC B10DA:51/P1260:00 displayed?	Yes	Replace the start stop unit and perform Step 2 again. (See START STOP UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .) If the malfunction recurs, replace the PCM, then go to the next step. (See PCM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [SKYACTIV-G 2.0, SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY IF OTHER DTCs DISPLAYED Are any other DTCs displayed?	Yes	Repair or replace the malfunctioning part according to the applicable DTC troubleshooting. (See DTC TABLE [START STOP UNIT] .)
3		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
