DTC P0616-29; DOWNSTREAM SIDE OF STARTER RELAY SIGNAL MALFUNCTION DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSES

Description	Downstream side of starter relay signal malfunction
Detection condition	Start stop unit detects that the following signals are unmatched for 0.5 s or more for a continuous 5 times. Transmission range switch (ATX)/starter interlock switch (MTX) condition Starter relay downstream circuit condition PCM control result CAN signal condition output from PCM
Fail-safe	Not applicable
Possible cause	DTCs are stored in the PCM. PCM malfunction Start stop unit malfunction
