Windshield Wiper Arm And Blade Adjustment

Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on).
Operate the windshield wiper at low speed.
Verify that the windshield wiper operates at low speed and stop the windshield wiper.
Verify that the windshield wiper stops at the auto-stop position.
Remove the windshield wiper arm and blade. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Install the windshield wiper arm to the serrated connecting part, adjust the windshield wiper blade so that its end is aligned with the hollowed mark in the ceramic coating while sliding the windshield wiper arm onto the grooves of the serrated connecting part one by one, and temporarily tighten the nut.
NOTE:
- If the windshield wiper arm and blade is not installed to the position shown in the figure, repeat the adjustment procedure.

- If the windshield wiper arm and blade is not installed to the position shown in the figure, repeat the adjustment procedure.
- If the windshield wiper arm and blade is installed correctly to the area shown in the figure, tighten the nut completely.
Install the wiper arm and blade. (See WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
