- The connectivity master unit (CMU) detects an open circuit in the GPS antenna circuit with the ignition switched ON (engine off or on).

- Connectivity master unit (CMU) connector or terminal malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between connectivity master unit (CMU) terminal 5A and GPS antenna terminal A

- Connectivity master unit (CMU) malfunction
