Rear Splash Shield Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the rear over fender. (See REAR OVER FENDER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  2. Remove the screws and fasteners.

  3. Remove the cap nut.
  4. Pull the rear splash shield in the direction of the arrows shown in the figure and detach the rear splash shield tabs.

  5. Remove the rear splash shield.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
