DTC U3003:16 (INSTRUMENT CLUSTER) DETECTION CONDITION AND DETECTION CONDITION

DTC U3003:16	Instrument cluster power supply circuit malfunction
DETECTION CONDITION	Instrument cluster power supply circuit voltage is less than 10 V when the ignition is switched to ON.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION	-
POSSIBLE CAUSE	Battery malfunction Generator malfunction Instrument cluster connector or terminals malfunction Open circuit or short to ground in instrument cluster power supply circuit Short to ground in wiring harness between the following: ROOM 15 A fuse-Instrument cluster terminal U METER 10 A fuse-Instrument cluster terminal S ROOM 15 A fuse malfunction METER 10 A fuse malfunction Open circuit in wiring harness between the following terminals: Battery positive terminal-Instrument cluster terminal U Battery positive terminal-Instrument cluster terminal S Instrument cluster malfunction
