DTC U0401:68 Signal error from PCM
DETECTION CONDITION
  • Instrument cluster receives the error signal from PCM.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION
  • Displays 0 RPM in the tachometer.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • PCM malfunction
  • Instrument cluster malfunction
