Upper Panel Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [SKYACTIV-G 2.5] .)
  2. Open the console lid.
  3. Move the upper panel in the order of arrows (1), (2) and (3) shown in the figure and detach the hooks and clips from the rear console.

  4. Disconnect the electric parking brake switch connector.
  5. Disconnect the commander switch connector. (with commander switch)
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
