Diagnostic procedure

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	VERIFY INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE Was the DSC related parts sensor initialization procedure performed?	Yes	Go to the next step.
1		No	Perform the DSC related parts sensor initialization procedure, then go to Step3. (See DSC RELATED PARTS SENSOR INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE .)
2	VERIFY SAS CONTROL MODULE DTC Using the M-MDS, perform the SAS control module DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) (See DTC INSPECTION [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [STANDARD DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) (See DTC TABLE [TWO-STEP DEPLOYMENT CONTROL SYSTEM] .) DTC troubleshooting completed, then go to the next step.
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED Using the M-MDS, clear the DTC from the DSC HU/CM. (See CLEARING DTC [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .) Using the M-MDS, perform the DSC HU/CM DTC inspection. (See DTC INSPECTION [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .) Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Repeat the inspection from Step1. If the malfunction recurs, replace the DSC HU/CM, then go to the next step. (See DSC HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
3		No	Go to the next step.
4	VERIFY NO DTC IS PRESENT Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL (DSC)] .)
4	VERIFY NO DTC IS PRESENT Are any DTCs present?	No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
