Brake Fluid Reservoir: Installation

NOTE:
Whenever installing a new brake master cylinder reservoir, install new seals.
NOTE:
Numbers in parenthesis refer to numbers in illustration.
- Lubricate the two seals with clean brake fluid and insert the seals into the brake master cylinder (1). See Fig 1 .
- Press the brake master cylinder reservoir into the seals until it snaps in securely (2).
- Connect the brake master cylinder fluid level warning switch electrical connector (3).
If equipped with manual transaxle, connect the clutch master cylinder feed. See Figure . Bleed the clutch master cylinder. See BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER . Bleed the master cylinder. See BRAKE SYSTEM PRESSURE BLEEDING .
