Oil Cooler Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the engine coolant. (See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .)
  3. Remove the intake manifold bracket.
  4. Remove the oil filter. (See OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT .)
  5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  7. Inspect the engine oil level. (See ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION .)
  8. Start the engine and inspect for engine oil leakage.
