Oil Pump: Reassembly

NOTE: Ensure all components are coated with ATF during assembly.
  1. Apply lubricant to NEW oil seal. Install oil seal onto oil pump housing. Apply lubricant to rotors.
  2. Align rotor reference marks and install rotors in oil pump housing. Mount oil pump cover onto oil pump housing. Tighten bolts in sequence. See Figure. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Apply lubricant to NEW "O" ring and seal rings. Install "O" ring and seal rings.
