Flywheel Inspection

  1. Install a dial gauge on the cylinder block.
  2. Measure the flywheel runout using a dial gauge.
    • If the runout is excessive, replace the flywheel.

    Runout 

    G35M-R manual transaxle models 

    0.1 mm {0.004 in} max. 

    A65M-R manual transaxle models 

    0.05 mm {0.002 in} max.
