Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the driver and front passenger seats. For additional information, refer to DRIVER SEAT and PASSENGER SEAT .
  2. Remove the utility compartment.
    1. Remove the four plastic fasteners.
    2. Remove the utility compartment.
    3. Disconnect the electrical connection.

  3. Remove LH and RH front door scuff plates.

  4. Remove LH and RH lower A-pillar panels.

  5. Remove the LH foot rest.
  6. Pull back the carpet to gain access to the rear floor vent.

  7. Remove the wire harness pin-type retainer.
  8. Remove the floor duct pin-type retainers and remove the duct.
  9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
