Air Inlet Door Actuator Removal/Installation

Lower the glove compartment door to the floor.
Remove the screws.

Disconnect the vacuum hose.
CAUTION: Do not attempt to bend any part of the lever. It is brittle and will break.
Rotate the vacuum control motor, disengage the lever, and remove the vacuum control motor.
Install in reverse order of removal.
