Removal & Installation (Tribute)

Locate Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor (On 2.0L, sensor is located at left front of cylinder head. On 3.0L, sensor location is located on front of left cylinder head). See Figure and Fig 1 . To remove, disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect CMP sensor harness connector. Remove bolt. Remove sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure.
