Removal and Installation

Remove the thermostat. Refer to THERMOSTAT - 2.0L ZETEC .

Disconnect the heater hose and position out of the way.

Remove the thermostat housing.
NOTE:
- Clean and inspect the sealing surfaces.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
