Throttle Position Sensor

Ensure none of following conditions exist:

Binding throttle linkage.
Throttle Position (TP) sensor loose or not seated properly.
Throttle plate not fully closed.

Faults in TP sensor or TP sensor circuits should set a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).
