Cylinder Head Assembly Note

  1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the order indicated in the figure in six steps.
    1. Tighten to 32-38N.m {3.2 - 3.9kgf.m, 23-28 ft.lbf}  .
    2. Tighten 85°-95°  .
    3. Loosen 360°  (one full turn) in reverse order.
    4. Tighten to 32-38N.m {3.2-3.9kgf.m, 23-28 ft.lbf}  .
    5. Tighten 85°-95°  .
    6. Tighten 85°-95°  .
