Fuel Evaporative System: Notes

Fuel Evaporative (EVAP) system prevents escape of raw fuel vapor to atmosphere. System components may include the fuel tank with integral vapor separator, vent cut valve or check-and-cut valve, purge solenoid valve, charcoal canister, rollover valve(s), Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor, catch tank, fuel filler cap and connecting lines.

Additional components include a 2-way check valve and PCM.
