Removal & Installation: Camshaft: Installation

  1. Install left side timing chain components. See TIMING CHAIN . Install left camshaft. Install right cylinder head and gasket. See CYLINDER HEAD . Install right rocker arm.
  2. Install right side timing chain components. See TIMING CHAIN . Install right camshaft. Install No. 3 engine mount rubber and joint bracket. Install water pump.
  3. Tighten all fasteners to specification in sequence. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Fill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING .
