Removal & Installation

Remove the oil level indicator.

Remove the oil level indicator tube.
1. Remove the stud.
2. Remove the oil level indicator tube.

Inspect the O-ring seal at the end of the oil level indicator tube and install a new O-ring seal if necessary.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
1. Lubricate the O-ring seal with SAE 5W-30 motor oil.
