Charge Air Cooler (CAC) By-Pass Actuator

Remove vacuum hose from air cooler by-pass actuator. See Figure . Connect vacuum pump to CAC by-pass actuator and apply about 7.5 in. Hg of vacuum. Actuator rod should retract. If CAC by-pass actuator does not operate, replace CAC by-pass actuator.
