| No | Record the FREEZE FRAME DATA (Mode 2)/snapshot data on the repair order, then go to the next step. | ||
| 2 | VERIFY RELATED REPAIR INFORMATION AVAILABILITY
|
Yes | Perform repair or diagnosis according to the available repair information.

| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 3 | VERIFY RELATED PENDING CODE AND/OR DTC
|
Yes | Go to the applicable PENDING CODE or DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE .) |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 4 | INSPECT PCM CONNECTOR CONDITION
|
Yes | Repair or replace the connector and/or terminals, then go to Step 11. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 5 | INSPECT MAIN RELAY OUTPUT VOLTAGE
|
Yes | Go to Step 9. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 6 | INSPECT MAIN RELAY
|
Yes | Replace the main relay, then go to Step 11. |
| No | Go to the next step. | ||
| 7 | INSPECT MAIN RELAY POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND OR OPEN CIRCUIT
|
Yes | Reinstall the main relay, then go to the next step. |
| No | Inspect the EGI MAIN 40 A fuse.
Go to Step 11. |

| 8 | INSPECT MAIN RELAY CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO GROUND OR OPEN CIRCUIT

Yes | Go to the next step. |
| No | If the PCM terminal 1B or 1A voltage is not normal:

Go to Step 11. |

| 9 | INSPECT TP SENSOR NO. 1

Yes | Inspect the TP sensor No. 1 related circuits and connectors.
Go to Step 11. |

| 10 | INSPECT TP SENSOR NO. 2

Yes | Inspect the TP sensor No. 2 related circuits and connectors.

| 11 | VERIFY DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED

Yes | Repeat the inspection from Step 1.

| 12 | VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE
