Diagnostic Procedure

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	PERFORM DTC INSPECTION AND VERIFY THAT MALFUNCTIONING PART IS INSTRUMENT CLUSTER Clear the DTC using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .) Perform the instrument cluster DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .) Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Replace the instrument cluster, then go to the next step. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .)
2		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
