DTC U0401:92 Signal error from PCM
DETECTION CONDITION 
  • Instrument cluster receives the illumination command signal from PCM continues for 20 s or more  .
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION  -
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  • PCM malfunction
  • Instrument cluster malfunction
