Diagnostic Procedure

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	PERFORM INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CONFIGURATION Perform the instrument cluster configuration using the M-MDS. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CONFIGURATION .) Clear the DTC using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .) Perform the instrument cluster DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .) Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Perform the instrument cluster configuration again, then go to the next step. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER CONFIGURATION .)
1		No	Go to Step 3.
2	VERIFY TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED Clear the DTC using the M-MDS. (See CLEARING DTC [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .) Perform the instrument cluster DTC inspection using the M-MDS. (See DTC INSPECTION [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .) Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Replace the instrument cluster, then go to the next step. (See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See DTC TABLE [INSTRUMENT CLUSTER] .)
3		No	DTC troubleshooting completed.
