Brake Rotor Thickness Inspection

CAUTION:

Excessive runout may result if the brake rotor is removed from the vehicle then machined. Machine the brake rotor while installed on the vehicle.

Measure the thickness of the brake rotor.
- If the thickness is not within the specification, replace the brake rotor.
  Minimum front brake rotor thickness
- 23 mm {0.91 in}
  Minimum front brake rotor thickness after machining using a brake lathe on-vehicle
- 23.8 mm {0.937 in}
