Rear Console Side

  1. Switch the ignition OFF (LOCK).
  2. Remove the battery cover. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable and wait 1 min or more  .
  4. Remove the front seat. (See FRONT SEAT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  5. Remove the front seat belt anchor cover. (passenger-side only) (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  6. Remove the front seat belt lower anchor installation bolt. (passenger-side only) (See FRONT SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  7. Remove the front seat side cover No.2. (See FRONT SEAT SIDE COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  8. Remove the screw.

  9. Detach the hook in the upward direction of arrow (1).
  10. Move the harness slightly out of the way.
  11. Pulling the front seat slide adjuster cover and detach the hook B in the direction of arrow (2), then remove it.
  12. Install in the reverse order of removal.
