Back-Up Light Switch Inspection

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the battery component. (ex: battery, battery tray) (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZR 2.5] .)
  3. Disconnect the back-up light switch connector. (See BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [G66M-R] .)
  4. Verify that the continuity between the back-up light switch terminals is as indicated in the table.

    • If not as indicated in the table, replace the back-up light switch.
