DTC U0401:68 [BCM]: Notes

DTC U0401:68 Signal error from PCM
DETECTION CONDITION 
  • BCM receives the error signal from PCM for 5 s or more  when the ignition is switched to ON.
FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION 
  • Inputs the engine speed of 0 rpm  .
  • Inputs the vehicle speed of 555.34 km/h {345.07 mph}  .
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  • PCM malfunction
  • BCM malfunction
