- Keyless receiver connector or terminals malfunction
- BCM connector or terminals malfunction
- Short to ground in wiring harness between keyless receiver terminal D and BCM terminal 4K
- Short to power supply in wiring harness between keyless receiver terminal D and BCM terminal 4K
- Open circuit in wiring harness between keyless receiver terminal D and BCM terminal 4K
- Keyless receiver malfunction
- BCM malfunction
