Rear Center Seat Belt Removal/Installation
REAR CENTER SEAT BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
CAUTION:
- The ELR (emergency locking retractor) has a spring that will unwind if the retractor cover is removed. The spring cannot be rewound by hand. If this occurs, the ELR will not work properly. Therefore, do not disassemble the retractor.
1. Remove the following parts:
a. A-pillar lower trim A-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation
b. A-pillar trim A-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation
c. Front scuff plate inner Front Scuff Plate Removal/Installation
d. Rear scuff plate inner Rear Scuff Plate Removal/Installation
e. B-pillar lower trim B-Pillar Lower Trim Removal/Installation
f. Front seat belt upper anchor installation bolt Front Seat Belt Removal/Installation
g. B-pillar upper trim B-Pillar Upper Trim Removal/Installation
h. Rear seat Rear Seat Removal/Installation
i. Sub trunk box Sub Trunk Box Removal/Installation
j. Trunk end trim Trunk End Trim Removal/Installation
k. Trunk side trim
l. C-pillar trim C-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation
m. D-pillar trim D-Pillar Trim Removal/Installation
n. Map light Service and Repair
o. Sunvisor Service and Repair
p. Assist handle Service and Repair
q. Headliner Service and Repair
2. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
