Cooling fan motor No. 1 does not operate

Inspect for followings:
- Open or short to ground circuit between fan control module and cooling fan motor No. 1
- Poor connection of the fan control module connector or cooling fan motor No. 1 connector
- Cooling fan motor No. 1 malfunction (See COOLING FAN MOTOR INSPECTION .)
  - If there is malfunction, repair or replace malfunctioning part.
  - If there is no malfunction, replace the fan control module. (See COOLING FAN MOTOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
