Power Steering Pressure (PSP) Switch Inspection

- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI 3.7 V6] .)
- Disconnect the PSP switch connector.
- Reconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI 3.7 V6] .)
- Start the engine.
- Verify no continuity between PSP switch terminal A and body ground while rotating the steering wheel.
- If there is continuity, replace the PSP switch. (See POWER STEERING OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY [MZI 3.7 V6] .)
