Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) Sensor Inspection: Notes

NOTE:
- Do not reuse the CHT sensor, install a new sensor.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable. (See BATTERY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI 3.7 V6] .)
- Disconnect the CHT sensor connector.
- Measure the resistance between CHT sensor terminals A and B.
- If it is not within the specification, replace the CHT sensor. (See CYLINDER HEAD TEMPERATURE (CHT) SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
