DTC P1639:00 Vehicle ID block corrupted, that not programmed
DETECTION CONDITION 
  • This DTC indicates that the VID block is not programmed or the information within is corrupt.
POSSIBLE CAUSE 
  • New PCM
  • Incorrect PCM
  • Incorrect VID configuration
