DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Hood latch switch circuit malfunction |
| DETECTION CONDITION |
- Open circuit detected in hood latch switch circuit with the hood closed (hood latch switch on)

| POSSIBLE CAUSE |
- Connector or terminal malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between hood latch switch terminal B and body ground
- Hood latch switch malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring harness between hood latch switch terminal A and BCM terminal 1S
- BCM malfunction
