Rear Coil Spring Component Installation Note

WARNING:
- If the rear coil spring contacts the bound stopper installation area or the rear crossmember during rear coil spring installation, the paint of rear spring may be damaged, resulting in rust. Moreover, the rear coil spring may brake if rust is left unrepaired. When installing the rear coil spring, affix tape to edge of the bound stopper installation area of the rear crossmember, and be careful not to damage the rear coil spring.
- Affix a double layer of vinyl tape to bound stopper installation area of the rear crossmember.
- Install the coil spring so that the smaller outer diameter faces downside.
- Position the jack under the lower arm and jack up slowly.WARNING:
- Installing the coil spring is dangerous. The coil spring could fly off, and cause serious injury or death.
- Install the lower arm outer side bolt, and then tighten the bolts to the specified torque.

- 87-116 N.m {8.9-11 kgf.m, 65-85 ft.lbf}
