DETECTION CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

| DETECTION CONDITION |
- The TCM detects that revolution ratio of the input revolution to output revolution in 2GR is more than 1.645 or less than 1.344.
- The TCM detects that revolution ratio of the input revolution to output revolution in 3GR is more than 1.09 or less than 0.91.
- The TCM detects that revolution ratio of the input revolution to output revolution in 4GR is more than 0.817 or less than 0.636.
Diagnostic support note
- The MIL does not illuminate.
- The AT warning light illuminates if the TCM detects the above malfunction condition in two consecutive drive cycles or in one drive cycle while the DTC for the same malfunction has been stored in the TCM.
- PENDING CODE is not available.
- FREEZE FRAME DATA is not available.
- The DTC is stored in the TCM memory.
