Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Removal/Installation [Full-Auto Air Conditioner]: Notes

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the coolant reserve tank. See COOLANT RESERVE TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [L5] . See COOLANT RESERVE TANK REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7] .
- Collect the refrigerant. See REFRIGERANT CHARGING .
- Disconnect the refrigerant pressure sensor connector.CAUTION:
- If moisture or foreign material enters the refrigeration cycle, cooling ability will be lowered and abnormal noise will occur. Always immediately plug all open fittings after removing any refrigeration cycle parts to keep moisture or foreign material out of the cycle.
- Loosen
- Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor. See
REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION NOTE .
Tightening torque
5.5-8.1 N.m {52-82 kgf.cm, 49-71 in.lbf}
- Install in the reverse order of removal
- Perform the refrigerant system performance test. See REFRIGERANT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TEST .
