Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Inspection [Full-Auto Air Conditioner]

Install the manifold gauge.
Verify the high-pressure side reading of the manifold gauge.
Measure the terminal voltage of the PCM.
- 1AR, 1J or 1AE (L5)
- 1AT, 1M or 1BJ (MZI-3.7)
Verify that below graph as measure the terminal voltage 1J (L5), 1M (MZI-3.7).
Follow the PCM inspection when measure the other terminal voltage. See PCM INSPECTION [L5] . See PCM INSPECTION [MZI-3.7] .
- Terminal 1AR (L5), 1AT (MZI-3.7): 1.0 V or less
- Terminal 1AE (L5), 1BJ (MZI-3.7): Approx. 5 V (Ignition switch on)
  - If the each voltage is not normal, inspect the related wiring harness.
    - If there is any malfunction, replace the related wiring harness.
    - If wiring harness is normal, replace the refrigerant pressure sensor.
