Generator and A/C Drive Belt

NOTE:

The generator and A/C drive belt deflection/tension inspection is not necessary because of the use of the drive belt auto tensioner.

Verify that the drive belt auto tensioner indicator mark does not exceed the maximum belt length.

- If it exceeds the maximum belt length, replace the generator and A/C drive belt. (See DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7] .)
Visually inspect the generator and A/C drive belt for damage and cracks.
- If there is generator and A/C drive belt damage and cracks, replace the generator and A/C drive belt. (See DRIVE BELT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [MZI-3.7] .)
