Diagnostic procedure

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	PERFORM PCM DTC INSPECTION Perform the PCM DTC inspection. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [L5] .) (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TEST [MZI-3.7] .) Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection (See DTC TABLE [L5] .) (See DTC TABLE [MZI-3.7] .)
1		No	Go to the next step.
2	VERIFY DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED Clear the DTC from the ABS/TCS HU/CM memory using the M-MDS (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS/TCS] ) Perform the ABS/TCS DTC inspection (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS/TCS] ) Is the same DTC present?	Yes	Replace the ABS/TCS HU/CM, then go to the next step. (See ABS/TCS HU/CM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
2		No	Go to the next step.
3	VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE Are any DTCs present?	Yes	Go to the applicable DTC inspection. (See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSIS [ABS/TCS] )
3	VERIFY AFTER REPAIR PROCEDURE Are any DTCs present?	No	DTC troubleshooting completed
