Backup Lamp Switch: Service and Repair

BACK-UP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [G66M-R]

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the battery component. (ex: battery, battery tray) Removal and Replacement

3. Remove the aerodynamic under cover. Service and Repair

4. Drain the manual transaxle oil. Manual Transaxle Oil Replacement

5. Remove the back-up light switch and gasket.






Tightening torque
- 20-29 Nm {2.1-2.9 kgf-m, 15-21 ft-lbf}

6. Install in the reverse order of removal.

7. Add the specified amount and type of manual transaxle oil. Manual Transaxle Oil Replacement
