Parking Brake Warning Switch: Service and Repair

PARKING BRAKE WARNING INDICATOR SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION









1. Remove the parking brake release handle bolt.

- To install, tighten to 10 Nm {1.0 kgf-m, 89 in-lbf}.

2. Disconnect the warning indicator switch electrical connector.

3. Remove the bolt and warning indicator switch.

- To install, tighten to 10 Nm {1.0 kgf-m, 89 in-lbf}.

4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
