Oil pipe component side

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Install the oil hose to the position shown in the illustration.
    • Verify that the oil hose mark is within the A range.

  2. Install the hose clamp to the position shown in the illustration.
    • Verify that the hose clamp is within the marked area of the oil hose.
    • Verify that the installation angle of the hose clamp is within the range shown in the illustration.
      NOTE:
      • If the oil hose is to be re-used, install the hose clamp to the impression in the hose left by the previous installation. After installation, apply force to the hose clamp in the direction of the arrows to engage the hose clamp securely.

  3. Verify that the hose clamp does not interfere with surrounding the accessories.

    PARTS DESCRIPTION CHART

    1 Hose clamp
    2 Water hose (heater)
    3 Water hose (thermostat)
    4 Oil hose (See OIL HOSE INSTALLATION NOTE .)
    5 Oil cooler
    6 Connector bolt
    7 Packing
    8 Oil pipe component
    9 Radiator (in tank oil cooler) (See OIL HOSE INSTALLATION NOTE .)


  1. Install the oil hose to the position shown in the illustration.
    • Verify that the oil hose mark is within the A range.

  2. Install the hose clamp to the position shown in the illustration.
    • Verify that the hose clamp is within the marked area of the oil hose.
    • Verify that the installation angle of the hose clamp is within the range shown in the illustration.
      NOTE:
      • If the oil hose is to be re-used, install the hose clamp to the impression in the hose left by the previous installation. After installation, apply force to the hose clamp in the direction of the arrows to engage the hose clamp securely.

  3. Verify that the hose clamp does not interfere with surrounding the accessories.
