| 2 | VERIFY THAT VEHICLE HAS BEEN DRIVEN ON MUD OR SLIPPERY ROAD

Yes | Explain to the customer that the torque reduction control operates to prevent the differential journal from burning or seizure, however, this does not indicate a malfunction. After explanation, go to the next step. |
| No | Verify that the cause of the lack of power is engine-related. (See

.) After inspection, go to the next step. |
